Модель предоплаты, основанная на предполагаемой процентной ставке ежемесячного аванса по невыплаченной основной сумме пула ипотек. PSA используется, в основном, для определения скорости выплаты авансов по новым займам. 100 % PSA предполагает ставку по предоплате 2% в месяц в первый месяц после даты эмиссии, после чего эта сумма увеличивается на 2% в месяц до наступления 30-го месяца .
